U tube testing

U tubes are rigorously tested to ensure they offer high quality and functionality.

If you require tubes to be heat treated, this is not a problem for us at  Heat Ex Tube Limited - we can target bend areas and straight leg sections to meet your specific requirements.

We test our U tubes to ensure they are up to industry standards. They are hydrostatically tested at the recommended pressure to check for leaks and we use the dye penetrant test to visually inspect cracks in the tube. The PMI test is used to inspect the physical properties of the tube.
