Helical High Finned Tubes

Helical high fined tubes have been used in the manufacture and repair of aircooled heat exchangers for over 50 years. A good quality source is essential for emergency repair and equipment maintenance.
Extruded Alluminium Fin Complete atmospheric protection to the base tube.
Strong fin which withstands poor handling and water jet cleaning without damage
Maximum operating temperature of 350 deg C.

Applied fin - Aluminium or Copper

G Type	Embedded to the outer wall of the tube for excellent heat transfer. Maximum operating temp 450 deg C
L Type	Fin wrapped around the tube and fin ends secured. Max operating temperature: 120 deg C
LL Type	Good atmospheric protection to the base tube. Max operating temperature: 180 deg C
KL Type	Fin foot knurled to outer wall of the tube. Excellent atmospheric protection of the base tube max operating temperature: 250deg C
